Looking for a little community help-
I have a little experience with hackintoshes having built my own but in this instance I'm trying to get Bluetooth to work on my mother's iMac. She purchased secondhand an "Educational" model that has no internal Bluetooth transceiver.
I purchased the GMYLE mini Bluetooth USB dongle for her only to discover later that her Mac (running El Capitan) doesn't recognize it out of the box; System Information will report the dongle as a USB device but there will be no data populated in the Bluetooth section.
I've read extensively this thread and used RehabMan's GitHub Brcm kext package and his instructions to attempt to solve the issue. I may be getting close- but the system still does not recognize it has a Bluetooth transceiver.
Following is a screen capture of the system log file generated with my most recent attempt. In this case I used the BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareData.Kext. It appears the firmware was injected properly but then I might just be reading this wrong.
Any assistance that anyone can offer in pinpointing the hurdle is appreciated! I bought a Magic Mouse for her for Christmas without realizing the puzzle this would turn out to be!
Based on the windows drivers supplied with the dongle, the chipset is BCM20702A1 and the firmware is RAMUSB21EC which should be supported by the current build without much fussing I think.

Correct combination of kexts is BrcmPatchRAM2.kext + BrcmFirmareRepo.kext. No other bluetooth solutions should be used.
Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

Also, post EFI/Clover folder (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory, especially if you have an overabundance of themes installed.
