Cannot boot into El Capitan installer from usb. (Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series)

Hello all, I'm pretty new at this and keep getting the same error over and over when I try to boot into the El Capitan installer created with UniBeast.

"OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for system/Library/CoreServices/boot.efiUsing reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no"

At first I thought it might have been just something to do with the fact that I have a skylake processer but I have changed the CPUID in clover to haswell: 0x0306C0, but it had no effect. I also just fiddled around and tried different combinations of settings but it still had no effect, I even tried the steps in the skylake starter guide (http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-desktop-guides/179221-skylake-starter-guide.html) and I don't think I missed any steps but still no luck.

Any help would really be appreciated

Are you using the AppleAPIC patch by PikeRAlpha?

Did you follow the sticky guide here (in this forum) for setting up Clover?

Keep in mind that Skylake graphics will not work correctly. There are no Apple products that use it, so the drivers are very buggy.

No I don't believe that I am using the AppleAPIC patch by PikeRAlpha, would you happen to have a link to download it ?

No I didn't just left the basic clover from Unibeast and link to the forum for clover isn't highlighted as a URL link.

About the graphics, as my laptop has intel 530 as well as NVidia GeForce GTX 960m I can try my best and see which runs the best between the two. That is if 960m is supported.

Will not work. Refer to the laptop guide and the Skylake info.

About the graphics, as my laptop has intel 530 as well as NVidia GeForce GTX 960m I can try my best and see which runs the best between the two. That is if 960m is supported.

The discrete card is not supported in an Optimus (switched dual-GPU) configuration. Read the FAQ.

Intel 530 is unlikely to work. There are no Apple products with it, and as a result the drivers are very buggy.

Ok I understand, I followed your guide for installing clover but again still no success. Instead of the old error now I am getting a new one.

Edit: I got it to go further into the boot progress by changing the CPUID in clover to a haswell 0x0306C0. Now it just gets to the point where it locks up, the text becomes unlegible and a large circle with a slash down the center appears.( Photo 2 ) Before this occurs I took a picture as well (Photo 1).
The photos are in a .zip because I couldn't upload them as their original quality.

It is likely some sort of USB problem.

Post EFI/Clover folder.

I got it to boot and install. Had to redo the USB since I changed something and couldn't figure it out but after that I used everything from the skylake starter guide (http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan...ter-guide.html) and it worked perfect. Also just as a note the graphic are perfect , minus a few areas such as dashboard. Thanks again for all of your help.

Sounds like you don't have QE/CI (eg. not "perfect").
