Audio - HDMI Audio AppleHDA [Guide]

Finally stumped with HDMI audio on new GT 740. Thanks for your guides and your help.

1. Description of HDMI audio problem
No local device showing in System Preferences->Sound->Output or in System Information->Audio. Airplay receiver is the only device.
2. OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics
10.10.5, Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3, Award F8, Core i5 2500, Nvidia GT740
3. Procedure/Guide Used
OS X HDMI audio - AMD/Nvidia v1: 9/10/2015

For HDMI audio, ssdt is working.

If I am using HDMI only, is the 892 audio necessary? I assumed it is not.

For HDMI audio, ssdt is working.
Display make and model? Connection?

Display is Monoprice MPLE27QPM at 2560x1440 via DVI-D. HDMI connection is to Marantz NR1403. HDMI Cable is connected at both ends, audio receiver was on when rebooting.

Hi Toleda!

Thank you very much for your help to get my onboard sound working! There's another pickle: HDMI through my HD 7770.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170-HD3P - latest BIOS - F5g
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500
Graphics: ASUS Radeon HD 7770 2048MB
Onboard Audio: Realtek ALC 887 (working! - thanks!)
OSX 10.11.2

I have a TV hooked up to the graphics card and I am using it as my main display atm. I only have 1 HDMI port on it (in case it makes a difference.)

What I have tried so far:
I tried following the easy guide. Got the SSDT for AMD, installed it to /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/

boot.log shows it's loading but HDMI audio is not present:
17:040 0:000 Inserting SSDT-2.aml from EFI\\CLOVER\\ACPI\\patched ... Success\

SSDT-2.aml is damaged/replace/restart.
Reply with new files.

HDMI audio is still not present after a reboot.

Disconnected HDMI cable; reconnected. Output device available! Thanks for the guide and keeping me on the right track.
