[Guide] Native Power Management for Laptops

Damn it is clear that Phoneix Securecore Tiano limit the p states whenever non-original power adapter pluged. Tried on other os and the result is the same...
Patching pmpatch on this bios doesn't solve it, but id does solve the need for patching AICPUPM kext.

Throwing away those damn power adaptor for giving me a headache for a week

Using Intel Power Gadget I see that my frequency does not go a dot below 2.3 GHz ever.
I remember it going down to 800MHz (back on Yosemite maybe).
I have tried specifying everything manually to the script, to using 4500U and providing custom freq, to http://www.firewolf.science/2015/04/unofficial-ssdtprgen-sh-v15-7-beta3-with-broadwell-cpus-support/ this beta.
Any and all help is appreciated!

Remove VirtualBox. Check for other runaway background tasks in Activity Monitor.

Hey!
Thank you for going through the ioreg, I removed VirtualBox, kexts and all, using the proper uninstall srcipt, rebuilt caches and permission, rebooted, but things are still the same.
I dont think it is due to processor use, cause there are no such processes, background or otherwise, and also because it never goes below exact 1.3 GHz ever.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Probably because there is no such thing as MacBookPro12,2.

Ah! My bad!
So, I changed it to MacbookPro12,1 rebooted without caches -> no change
Ran ssdtPRGen again, replaced SSDT, rebooted without caches-> still no change

Still not a point below 1.3, though maybe somewhat quiter?
Could this be due the the SMBIOS only?
