delete SSDT-XOSI.aml from EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched.
delete DSDT.aml from
EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched.
remove the DSDT patch from your config.plist using clover configurator.

Reboot, you already have
FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kect installed so that should get you back to where you were before applying the fix.

Ok, so you need to keep FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext. I never used this kext before this fix, so it's necessary to keep this?

It works for me! Thanks!

But very errors when "Make XWAK in DSDT do nothing", even with “Fix ADBG Error” and "Fix PARSEOP_ZERO Error” patches.
Help and sorry for my english

Edit:everything works for me. Wtih last MaciASL. VERY THANKS!

I grabbed RehabMan's kexts and used kext wizard to install them. Rebooted and now I have working USB 3 ports! Fully functional Hack running El Capitan on my Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H.

OMG thank you so much!!! After 2 hours of figuring out the problem the following finally solved it:

adding the 2 entries in clover configurator/ACPI/DSDT:
HTML:
Item 1:
Comment: change EHC1 to EH01
Find: <45484331>
Replace: <45483031>

Item 2:
Comment: change EHC2 to EH02
Find: <45484332>
Replace: <45483032>

and also installing FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext and FakePCIID.kext solved my usb 3.0 problem.

im using the gigabyte z97-ud3k-bk.

THANKS!!! :headbang:

Well my ports worked before update with the patch from this thread. Now they show has usb3 ports. With patch. I also tried with the full patch and shows has usb3 but only usb2 speed from my usb 3 hard drives. :(. I don't want to go back to the the older version of capitan has it doesn't run has nice has this updated version.

Thank you!

I followed your instructions for 10.11.1 and my usb3 work perfectly.
I had to install your injector to obtain all ports to work on my Gigabyte h97-d3h.

Yes. Makes life a lot easier.

Matt
Ok, I removed the two DSDT entries from Acpi section of Clover Configurator, removed the SSDT and SSDT-XOSI from EFI/Clover/ACPI, and left FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext and FakePCIID.kext installed in S/L/E. Running smoothly here still.
