Getting the old look back on Yosemite

I'm currently running Yosemite on my MacBook Air, and I just can't like the new dock and traffic lights no matter how hard I try. The old look was one of the main things that got me attracted to OS X in the first place, and now its no longer there.

Is there any way I could get the Lion/ML look back on Yosemite without having to downgrade?

I'm gonna have to bump this. Is there any way I can get the old traffic lights back in El Capitan? Maybe some utility out there which does this?

I found Flavours(http://www.flavours.interacto.net/), but it claims to not work with El Capitan. Something to do with rootless protection, which I've heard you can disable. I'll try to see if I can get Flavours to work.
