forgot i wrote this,

glad it has helped some.

Matt

Thank you very much for your help! Now keyboard and mice is back alive ;D

But I have still a problem here.

I really followed every step from your tutorial but I only get USB 2.0 to work. All native USB 2.0 work perfectly. The USB 3.0 connectors work only in USB 2.0 mode. So I get NO Super Speed.

Any help?

PS: Maybe it just wont work with my Mainboard (see profile) :beachball::beachball:

"Super Speed" is USB3 speed.
"High Speed" is USB2 speed.

You must plug a USB3 device into a USB3 port to get USB3 speeds.

Oh my... I'm sorry there was a typo in my previous posting  I'm very well aware of the USB standards :p

I meant I get NO SuperSpeed with a USB 3.0 device plugged in in a USB 3.0 port. (I tried it with a 3.0 capable USB HDD, USB flash drive and a USB 3.0 card reader)

And thanks for your fast answer! :)

It is likely your USB3 ports are not enabled. (Keep in mind USB3 ports consist of both a USB2 component and USB3 component).

Thats exactly what it looks like! I just read a few lines from the topic you linked me to. Wow I didn't notice until now how complex USB got in 10.11 :eek:

Pew it seems like I know nothing about DSDT patches anymore  Since 10.9 it really was just a simple installation process.
Well I need to learn more I guess :p

Thank you very much for guiding me! Will continue tomorrow its midnight in austria now
