Allens-MacBook-Pro:~ allenchang$ kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu

Thanks in advance for everything!

[Guide] Lenovo Y50 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI

I've completely followed your guide and I have the same problem as before. When it is booted up I just get a black screen.
I made sure that the DVMT is set to 128mb (setup_var 0x18C 0x4)

I have no idea what could be the problem

Maybe your HDMI is connected to the other port for some reason.

Try adding 0105 patch for HDMI audio.

See config.plist here: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config

Find 0105 patches (both 12 and normal). Copy to your own config.plist. Enable each one with individual tests. Also try the 09 (non-12) patch for 0204.

Could also be BIOS issue... make sure you have latest BIOS.

Also, could be something specific with the device you're testing. Try with a different monitor.

Post EFI/Clover folder.

Hmm... maybe you need to rollback to previous version. Or have others confirm.

Just another thing for you to try...

Here you are, thanks so much for your help.

Looks correct for booting HDD.

Boot without caches, rebuild cache, reboot. If black screen, could be backlight issue. Press brightness up. Use HDMI monitor to collect ioreg otherwise.

Note: Your EFI/Clover/kexts is not correct and will not allow you to boot the Recovery partition.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

None of the patches work, all the alternatives just freeze
Only the original patch crashes
Any other guesses?

When I booted I've found that when you press F1 (sleep) and then click to wake it it works perfectly.
When I change the resolution I have to do this process again.
