Problems with my build

Problems with my Audio and Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 TI

Hello everybody, I'm not sure, if this is the right category for my problems, so I apologize in advance.
Now to my problems...
I built my Hackintosh with the following specs:
Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK Motherboard
Intel Core i5-4590 LGA1150 CPU
16 Crucial Ballistix Tactical RAM
120 GB Crucial SSD
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 TI Graphics Card
Now I have installed Yosemite but my problems are the following:
1. My Audio won't work, I've installed the Realtek ALC1150 drivers using Multibeast because I read that they are the correct ones but it doesn't seem to be working.
2. My Graphics aren't working properly. I've installed the NVIDIA Web Drivers and my System seems to recognize the card and it shows the info in "About this Mac" but the picture is still very laggy. And also concerning the graphics, I've had to type in "nvda_drv=1 -x -v" every time I booted to get it to display the screen properly.
I hope some of you know how to help me

Update your build's hardware details under Profile > Basic Information section in the below format (Profile link is available on the upper right side of this website), So that we can avoid scroll back to your fist post for identifying the hardware details whenever required.

System : Motherboard + BIOS Version + Bootloader (Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU : Detailed CPU Model
Graphics : All Graphics Devices

For Example,
System : GA-Z97X-UD5H (F9F) (CLOVER)
CPU : Intel Core i7-4790K
Graphics : Intel HD 4600/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

Now I have installed Yosemite but my problems are the following:
1. My Audio won't work, I've installed the Realtek ALC1150 drivers using Multibeast because I read that they are the correct ones but it doesn't seem to be working.

Install "Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > Optional HDA Enabler > Audio ID:1" from MultiBeast.

Reboot and check whether the audio is working or not.

-x is using for safe mode booting.

Try booting with "dart=0 nvda_drv=1 -f -v" then check graphics performance.

Thank you so much, the Audio is now working wonderfully and the Graphics work too. Now I just have one question left: I don't want to type "dart=0 nvda_drv=1 -f -v" every time I start the machine, is there a way around that?

Disable Vt-D on BIOS so that you can avoid the flag "dart=0".

Open your org.chameleon.boot.plist file (will be present under /Extra folder of your Yosemite/MultiBeast target partition), then make the changes as like below,

<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1 dart=0</string>

<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>No</string>


Save the file and reboot OS X. Check booting without typing any flags.

It worked fine for a couple of hours but now when I reboot without any flags I get the "System uptime in nanoseconds" error and if I type in "-x -f" my graphics get all laggy again. Do you know a fix for that? It also doesn't recognize my speakers again...

That is kernel panic.

Boot with -v and post a clear photo of the entire panic screen.

I now installed the NullCPUPowerManagement.kext and that seems to have solved the problem but if I get another Kernel Panic I'll be sure to post that picture.

There is a lot going on there :

Looks like there is a problem with the Logitech Control Centre driver and the Disk Jockey keyboard.
Then there is a 'deadbeef' error.
And the boot arguments are a bit awry too :
kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1 dart=0 -v -f are all ok.
Then you have -nvda_drv=1 which is wrong, there should be no (-) minus sign in front.
Then root=0, why have you entered that ?

Boot with -v -f nvda_drv=1 dart=0 -no-zp (note no space between -no and -zp)

I have now booted with -no -zp and that seems to have worked. I can use the OS now normally again.
I don't know what you mean with the Disk Jockey Keyboard. I'm using an Apple Wired Keyboard if that helps you.
And how exactly can the Logitech driver cause problems? Maybe I'm just oblivious to it but it makes no sense to me.
I entered root=0 because I remembered that in case of trouble I could enter something=0 and that would help, but I have confused root with dart, so that was a mistake on my part.
