Hello,
My laptop really confuses to go into sleep mode. When I put to sleep, the screen does turn off, the harddisk also but it doesn't go to really sleep mode (lights on, fan still spinning). I really don't know how to solve this.

Check for assertions:
Code:
pmset -g assertions

Also, keep in mind there is a 15-20sec delay.

Here you go (I hope:p)

You have an assertion:
Code:
   PreventUserIdleSystemSleep     1
   NetworkClientActive            0
Listed by owning process:
   pid 228(cloudd): [0x0000012600010197] 00:00:00 PreventUserIdleSystemSleep named: "Operationg running - <CKDFetchRecordZonesOperation: 0x7fc155000ba0; operationID=DE0BB0F4-F126-4B04-90C2-6AA0C7AF04F5, stateFlags=executing, applicationBundleID="com.apple.Safari", flags=allows-cellular, runningFor=0s>"

Wait for it to clear, then try sleep.

Make sure you wait long enough. It is not instant.

Didn't work, no assertions, but no sleep. I've waited ~2 mins, fan didn't turn off and lappy didn't turn into sleep mode

Are you choosing Apple->Sleep?
