I saw that with chimera/chameleon I would need to patch the mach_kernel which I did. So you are suggesting I install clover on my flash drive. So can I just modify my mavericks installer by putting back the unpatched mach_kernel and installing clover on my usb and deleting chimera/chameleon. Can I get a link for the clover install.

Use the Clover guide linked from the FAQ. From the beginning.
 
Sorry but what config.plist should I use? Is it the nvidia one or the Intel hd4600 desktop fixed one?? Its a laptop in case u didn't know.

My guide provides no config.plist files for desktops, nor nvidia.

There is only one that has 4600 in the name.

Make sure you're following the correct guide.
 
I used your config.plist and your patched kernel guide and I got the USB installer to boot with no flags!!! BTW I have to copy the patched kernel to my ssd after I do an install or If I upgrade the os (IK I have to patch new kernel)

No need to patch the kernel with Clover. It has my patch built-in with KernelPm=true (already in my config.plist files).
 
Uh I hate to ask but for 10.9.5 mavericks I can't get the audio to work! I have tried tons of kexts.. Also I would like to use my usb mouse but audio is my #1 priority.
 
I found some clover files on github for Yosemite for g750jm and I only had to install one kext :D I'm going to install it on a SSD that I'm going to buy today and take it off my external HDD.

Basically everything works. I might write up an install guide lol :lol:
