I have a problem with wifi driver, i have this network card: Atheros AR1111 WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter.

I can connect to the internet only with ethernet.
When i going to About this Mac->System Report->Network i can only see this devices

What need installed to work

It is not supported. Replace with compatible hardware. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

On the About This Mac i see that it uses this card

Graphics questions are off-topic here.


The discrete graphics capability in a switched dual-GPU configuration is not supported with OS X on hacks. Best you can do is disable the discrete part with SSDT/DSDT patches.

It says nothing about disabling the integrated part and using the discrete part, as that is not possible with a switched dual-GPU configuration such as Nvidia optimus.
