OK Wonkey now I have a problem. I think I caused it myself. However, I did not know that it happens.

About 1 week before I bought a new BT wifi card. The BCM4352. So it all works, you must install two kexts files and a coammand file.
It is the

BTFirmwareUploader.kext
toledaARPT.kext

The coammnd file is the

wireless_bcm94352-100-v2.0.command

Unfortunately it is a German tutorial. You can find it here:
http://www.hackintosh-pros.de/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=1091

The command file is newer as in the tutorial for 10.10.2.

This has everything works. With this card and these patched files I have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Now after the Combo update and restart I get a panic error. I've followed all the steps to 1-11

Before I have to make everything new again  I hope you can fix it some how, so that the nuc boots normally again? I've backups from the kext files.

If there is no possibility to save the system and I have to reinstall everything, can I upgrade from 10.10.1 to 10.10.3 directly? Of course, step by step of your tutorial?

i hope you can help me.

regards

Hello toleda, I know that there is the Thread ;) But i find it confusing o_O The German little Tutorial works finde for the NUC an its easier ti understand.

But that does not matter now. It all works again. :headbang:

I've reinstall the other wifi only card BCM4322 that works out of the box. Then start osx normaly without panics and and I could finish the tutorial.

After this i reinstall the patched kexts without command for handoff (there are not exist yet for 10.10.3) and replace again to the WiFi/BT combo Card. Thats all. It Works.

Another topic:

Apple release a supplementary update that fixes a video driver issue that may prevent your Mac from starting up when running certain apps that capture video.

Its only 1.2 MB but required a restart. If your NUC freezes (for me it was so), than start with the USB installer, select your Yosemite icon and type bootflag -v UseKernelCache=No

Only with this boot flag the installation starts and finished without Problems by me.
The NUC has cost me be annoying, but you always learn to :D

i hope you understand my funny english.

I see Apple are at it again. Do not apply the supplementary update; it is not necessary for the NUC.

Am I correct in thinking you otherwise have your NUC fully up and running ?

I'll like to reply on this video issue. I have problems with de DP connection to my television. After a while (few minutes/hours), when i watch movies, the sound just gets an 'hissing' sound, voices are like robots. This last about few minutes and then the picture just gets bad. Sinds the update (10.10.3) it's only get worse.

I can help this by pulling the DP cable out and put it back in, but yesterday my NUC crashed and didn't get it to work. After i disconnected form the power source, the NUC started fine.

The supplemental update is related to video capture, which does not describe your issue.

I havent seen the issue you describe at all; I dont have large size tv to connect with here though. Maybe start by looking at your system logs.

Hi,

I thought it's maybe the intel nun install package from your tutorial. I didn't use your new one (10.10.3), but the old one. You did update the package isn't it?

But i'm afraid to install the new package over the old one and break my newly installed NUC ;)

Can i just update the new video fix from the AppStore or is there a speciale route?

Thnx for your support > your the best!!

I'll be updating the guide for a full 10.10.3 install after the new Multibeast is released.

Hi there-

Given that one can only (unless I'm missing something) download 10.10.3 from Apple now, would you be so kind as to give me a few pointers on what I need to change to install directly from 10.10.3? I'm getting deadbeef errors and never get to the GUI install screen. I've tried using both the kernel in your original guide as well as the updated 10.10.3 kernel you attached to post #2 during the initial install process to no avail.

I have:
D54250WYKH
16Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 Ram (F3-1600C9D-16GRSL)
128gb Crucial CT128M550 SSD
LG L246WP connected directly via HDMI cable (no adapters)

Thanks!

I'll be updating the guide in the coming days for a clean install straight from 10.10.3.
