Fix kernel panic

I have updated my hackintosh into 10.10.4 version of Yosemite but I have the following problem:

Every time i am logging in after 1-2 minutes my machine reboots and when I open it again I am receiving the following report:

Can anyone help me to fix this problem?

What were your installation procedures originally.

One thing I notice is two realtek drivers (bad idea):

Also:
- FakeSMC is old
- VoodooPS2Controller.kext is old
- GenericUSBXHCI.kext is loaded and should be avoided on Yosemite

Panic is in USB kexts. Make sure you have no external devices plugged in.

That would be my suggestion to start.

More details on your installation process may reveal more mistakes.
