Hello!
First of all, i would like to introduce myself, I'm from Spain (sorry for my english), this is my first hackintosh, I followed this tuto: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...oting-os-x-installer-laptops-clover-uefi.html

I have installed osx yosemite without problems, but now, i don't know what should I do after installation, If you read this: http://www.tonymacx86.com/hp-proboo...-install-yosemite-hp-laptops-clover-uefi.html
I'm at this point:
10. Restart and press F9 to choose Boot devices > Boot from EFI file > choose your Clover bootloader partition > EFI > Boot > BOOTX64.efi

11. Clover bootloader screen shows up, press F4, select "Boot OS X from YourPartition".

12. If everything goes well, you can boot straight to Yosemite desktop.

So, now, i don't know how to continue, here are my questions:

How can i boot from hdd without the usb that i used for the installation? I need to open clover and follow the same steps that i followed the first time but selecting hdd (where i have installed osx) instead of the usb?

How can I install the drivers i need? For wifi, for brightness, for audio, battery monitor, etc. I need to download it from some site or i have to use a special software?

I'm sorry, i'm very noob, i hope that anyone could help me.

Regards.

My specs:

Asus Vivobook X550CA-CJ532HCPU
Intel Core i7 3537UGraphicsIntel hd 4000Other HardwareChipset : Intel® HM76 Express Chipset
RAM : 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz SDRAM
Wifi : Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter

...
So, now, i don't know how to continue, here are my questions:

How can i boot from hdd without the usb that i used for the installation? I need to open clover and follow the same steps that i followed the first time but selecting hdd (where i have installed osx) instead of the usb?

Boot your newly installed HDD partition using your USB. Then install Clover to the HDD.

How can I install the drivers i need? For wifi, for brightness, for audio, battery monitor, etc. I need to download it from some site or i have to use a special software?

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.

DSDT patches you need for AppleHDA: https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch
Apply: "Audio Layout 12" (change layout-id from 12 to the layout-id used by the patched AppleHDA)
Apply: "IRQ Fix"

Determine layout-id from patched AppleHDA.kext:

WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

Ethernet: What Ethernet chipset do you have? Use DPCIManager->PCIList to find out.

Haswell Brightness Fix:

You will need to extract all DSDT/SSDT from Linux. Your GFX0 device is in one of the SSDTs not DSDT and to get a proper disassembly of your DSDT (and the SSDT that has GFX0) you will need all of them. They are available in /sys/firmware/acpi/tables and /sys/firmware/acpi/tables/dynamic. Place them on USB for transfer to OS X.

Place all SSDT/DSDT in a single directory and use a recent build of iasl to disassemble:
https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/acpica/downloads
Code:
cd "to directory where you placed all SSDT/DSDT"
iasl -da -dl *.aml

Then search the resulting *.dsl so you know where GFX0 is defined. Search for "Device (GFX0)"...

Laptop repo: https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch
Apply: "Rename GFX0 to IGPU" (to both DSDT and the SSDT that has your GFX0 device)
Apply: "Brightness Fix (Haswell)" to the file (SSDT or DSDT) with GFX0 device definition.
install: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-ACPI-Backlight

Place patched DSDT.aml in /Extra/dsdt.aml. Place patched SSDT in /Extra/ssdt-1.aml (assuming you have already generated SSDT.aml for CPU). Obviously different locations for Clover (EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched).

Result: Working brightness slider in SysPrefs->Displays (mapping of keyboard keys is a separate issue), possible LID sleep, and IGPU power management.

Thanks for your help! I sent you an e-mail. And thanks Rehabman, if i can install yosemite with all working, i will post a guide here for future owners.

Greetings.

Here I am again, I´m having problems patching my DSDT, when I try to compile my system DSDT maciasl says: Line-9935 Code-6136 Non-hex letters must be upper case (pnp0c14)
A screenshot:

And here my DSDT and all ssdt from linux:

Thanks for your patient

Thanks for your patient

You can switch to ACPI 4.0 (MaciASL prefs), or you can do the obvious fix (make 'pnp' upper case 'PNP')

Thank you Rehabman, now, audio works fine. Next step is the battery, i have patched my DSDT with the patch for battery_ASUS-N55SL, that is compatible with vivobook series (like my laptop), but after patching, i can't see my battery status, should i use an additional kext?

Thanks for your attention rehabman, now i can see my battery status. Regarding to brightness, i extracted my dsdt and ssdt from linux, i have seen that "Device GFX0" is located on my system DSDT, not on the others extracted ssdt, so now, Do I need to apply: "Rename GFX0 to IGPU" and "Brightness Fix (Haswell)" only to my system dsdt and them install OS-X-ACPI-Backlight? (my computer is ivy bridge, not haswell)
You can see my system dsdt and ssdt from linux attached at the post #6 if you want to see that.

And another question, my gpu is intel hd 4000 and my resolution 1366x768, is necessary to patch my dsdt with the patch ¨HD4000 Low Resolution¨?

Thank you again.
