Problem with Intel HD4600 and Nvidia 740M , Intel Shows 3MB only

From 3 days i solved the problem with Kernel and i was able to Boot successfuly but now i have a lot of problems with Drivers !

i think i Re-installed this MAC more than 20 time because of errors that i'm facing and finally i decided to write about what i have now ! .

First problem with Graphic Card , i have 2 Graphic Card on my Laptop .

Toshiba Satellite L50A , video cards is : Intel HD 4600 and Nvidia 740M .

I tried Multibeast and it don't Show card and i think it's because Nvidia is Not Locked ! i tried with Nvda_drv=1 and i still see it i don't know why !

and in system it shows it's only 3mb !

can any one guide me because i was searching here for long time !

second thing is i use Wir Internet because i think i need to inject the Wifi to work also i need guide for it because this is my first mackintosh ever

Not a desktop. Moved to laptop support.


The discrete graphics capability in a switched dual-GPU configuration is not supported with OS X on hacks. Best you can do is disable the discrete part with SSDT/DSDT patches. Use nv_disable=1 kernel flag to disable the nvidia drivers until you can do that.

WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

It is nv_disable, not Nv_disable.

If you're getting a KP upload a quality photo of the entire screen.

i mean nv normal not Capital it was mistake while i'm writing . i feel bad about this that i can't get anything new still at the same point !

Define "same point".

i use nv_disable=1 but at some points it stuck at the login page when i enter password and it start to load and after i see it sucked there .!

i'm Disappointed !

I'm not sure what you're describing...

i used this flag to disable NVidia but after when it comes to log in MAC PAGE, to ask about user and password it suck there , and gives this sign all time
