Kernel Panic Help

edit: Some how I came back to it later and it worked immediately.... going through the install steps now

Hi I have been attempting to install a copy of Yosemite as per this guideline

specs are
Asus rampage III gene with i7-950
8GB DDR3
ASus 9600gt 512mb
I select boot from usb in the clover menu, then the apple logo appears, then the panic.

PS Sorry for the picture quality, unfortunate time of day.
I turned off Vt-d, however was unable to find secure boot and cfg lock, so assumed they weren't there.

Try booting with flags "dart=0 kext-dev-mode=1 -f -v -x".

The panic is because of AppleIntelE1000e.kext. Delete it from your bootable USB and try again with above flags.
