Yosemite 10.10.5 on X58 using Clover

I've been trying to install Yosemite 10.10.5 on my Gigabyte GA-X58-UD3R using Clover and the guide here. The install was successfull and I'm able to boot into Yosemite, but there are a few problems.

1. If not using nv_disable=1 boot-flag i only get a black screen.
2. The machine reboot a minute or so after boot.

I've used the "config.plist Standard" from these forums and I've also tried Clovers standard config. Any suggestions?

Did you configure Clover for UEFI of legacy when you built it to install?

X58 boards are still using the old AMI BIOS and do not use UEFI.

For the GPU, did you need "Fermi" drivers before and have you installed them now?
In the graphics section of Clover did you set inject AMD, inject Intel, inject nVidia all to false?

I'm not familiar with the fermi drivers, and as far as I know, I've not been using them before.

All injectors except Intel is set to false.
