[SOLVED] Yosemite 10.10.4: Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!

4790K CPU
Asus Maximus Hero VII
Crucial SSD
Corsair RM850 PSU
Corsair Vengeance 1866MHZ 16GB

I recently installed and had running 10.10.3, but with the new Apple Music, decided to install 10.10.4 from the App Store.

After installing the update, I restarted my system to find it hanging.

I I can boot with -x and have an awful visual experience

Ive tried my hardest to find another 10.10.3 to install so i can have a functioning system again, but no luck on finding that.

Ive read every post regarding this issue and not a single bit of advice that helped me unfortunately. quite disappointed so far

The error that you are seeing is related to the GPU...

I would suggest that you pull the GPU, reset the BIOS for internal graphics and complete your install and post install using the Intel HD 4600 graphics to a digital display on DVI or HDMI.

Then Search for an install guides for R9 GPUs.

I had read up about that but was unsure if it was actually graphic related.

I am currently running on my internal HD 4600 though HDMI as I'm still waiting for delivery of my GPU. The thing that baffles me is it booted up perfectly before the update, and then as soon as i put that onto the system, it just said 'no thanks'.

does this sound reasonable or is there something I'm missing?

When I get this message I plug in my bluetooth USB dongle and it says loaded successfully and goes on.

Solved! All it was down to was enabling AppleACPIRollback and it booted right up!
