Your Chameleon.Boot.plist shown above looks OK for an Integrated Graphic card.

Can you post the Graphics and Displays in Apple>About This Mac>System report...>Hardware and Click on Graphics and Displays on the left panel and details of Kext and Monitor on the RIGHT panel

Please reconfirm in the BIOS setup that the Initial Display is still IGFX and NOT PEG

The initial display in the BIOS is set to IGFX.

And here is the Graphics/Displays system info

Your onboard Graphics is Intel HD 4600
It needs a 'patched kext' to work fully.
Multibeast 7.3 has a patch for Intel HD Graphics

You may need to run Multibeast > Drivers>Graphics>Intel> Intel Graphics Patch to......

Pl try the above and boot with -v and let us know the outcome.

I did run the Multibeast Patch for Mixed Configurations again with the same results.
Verbose mode reads:

This is NOT the same as before. You have moved on from the previous one. If you wait a few more minutes you can confirm whether it is a temporary pause or real freeze. If your HDD LED [ if you have one] is flashing or stay lit, the HDD may be processing these files regarding Power Management.

If it is freezing for sure, there could be other issues. In that case Force reboot and add the folowing flags: -v -x -f , additional flags may be needed, but let us use the least number and add on as needed.
based on what the Verbose boot screen image shows if it gets frozen.

I disabled Serial Port A in the Bios under peripherals/superIO chip IT8620.
I ran multibeast graphics patch again but it made not difference.

Now the boot looks like this:

Ensure that VT-d is disabled in your BIOS (or add dart=0 to your boot flags)

Connect to your monitor with a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.

There is no freeze going on. I am taking a shot at the boot sequence. I don't understand why I would boot in -v otherwise.

But the graphics kext is not loading anyways.
