Haswell Pentium CPUs are not natively supported on Yosemite/Mavericks.

You have to try with FakeCPUID injection.

Is it done?? Which CPU ID you are using now?

What is the panic? Post a photo of the panic screen.

I inject a FakeCPUID in clover : 0x010676
And kernel panic: it says it's something wrong connected but all Is fine and it stuck at NVDAStartup:Official

Boot with "nv_disable=1"

Your profile showing you have an ATI GFX card. Update your build's hardware details under Profile > Basic Information section in the below format (Profile link is available on the upper right side of this website), So that we can avoid scroll back to your fist post for identifying the hardware details.

System : Motherboard + BIOS Version + Bootloader (Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU : Detailed CPU Model
Graphics : All Graphics Devices

For Example,
System : GA-Z97X-UD5H (F9F) (CLOVER)
CPU : Intel Core i7-4790K
Graphics : Intel HD 4600/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

Boot with "nv_disable=1"

Man I wrote about it it's not my hackintosh it's my friends build and I am using clover for his build
And it can't boot with nv_disable=1

That is not an issue. Otherwise the we have to scroll back your first post for identifying the hardware details everytime. So update it in profile as requested on post#4

And it can't boot with nv_disable=1

Are you using the correct config.plist?

Post a clear photo of the entire frozen screen after booting with "nv_disable=1 -v"

Your build or your friend's build, that is not my concern. The system details (on which you are working now) should in profile or signature. It is really irritating one that every time we want to scroll back to first post for checking the hardware details.

Remove the graphics card and complete the installation with on board graphics. VGA not supported on Yosemite, use DVI/HDMI connection.

Using DVI/HDMI cable with boot flags: -xcpm -v nvda_drv=. Installation stuck's at:
