Hello here is my build

intel i7-5820k
Msi x99S SLI Plus ATX LGA2011-3
Cricial DDR4-2133
2x Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB
Seagate Barracuda 3tb
Gigaabyte GeForce GTX 980
Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
LG UH12NW30 BLU-RAY READER
Rosewill N900PCE wifi
Logitech MK520 Wireless Keyboard

I am trying to use UniBeast to install the newest version of OS X. All the parts are brand new and have never had an OS and the BIOS setting has been changed. I am following the instafuze tutorial on how to do this.

Anyway I ran it and it froze on the beginning of the loading bar so I did the command thing to bring up text and it went for awhile.

Anyway this is what the BIOS says (will post in comments)

I am running tests with commands and will post results as I know them.

Does it worry anyone else that it seems to think their are 54 devices?

These two are the same issue. These are pictures of

Did you do forum search for Msi x99S SLI Plus... Your answers are there. Unsupported hardware, so best to find users that have built using the board and have already went through the labor pains.

Sometimes if I let it wait on the apple logo for long enough it turns into a circle with a slash through it.

Question can I install windows and set up dual boot later?

It got stuck at adding AppleEF INVRAM notification

Picture: https://app.box.com/s/n1j8x1jvb2yo3v24cltbfeqd5cy68y67

BTW just the npci=0x3000 got me about 1/3 of the way up the apple loading bar.

So in every boot you have to use the npci=0x3000 flag.

The above linked picture saying that you have graphics related issue. But i couldn't any hardware details on your Profile.

So first update your build's hardware details under Profile > Basic Information section in the below format (Profile link is available on the upper right side of this website), So that we can suggest solutions for your issues.

System : Motherboard + Bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU : Detailed CPU Model
Graphics : All Graphics Devices

For Example,
System : GA-EP43T-USB3 (Chameleon)
CPU: Intel Quad Core Q8400
Graphics : ZOTAC GeForce 240GT

Can I just install windows and come back to this later?

Yes. You can come back after installation of Windows. If you are planning to install windows now, then unplug all other HDDs/SSDs and plug only the HDD/SSD where you are going to install Windows.

Gigaabyte GeForce GTX 980

I can see that from your first post that you have GTX980.

Ensure that the Monitor connected to Digital Output port(DVI/HDMI)

Then try booting with flags "npci=0x3000 nv_disable=1 -f -v".

Post the result along with updated profile as mentioned above.
