Evga GEFORCE GTX 650 boot issue!!!

a friend of mine gave me this video card Evga GEFORCE GTX 650 but i have some problems with this video card on yosemite 10.10.1,before i installed yosemite i removed the video card/installed yosemite,boot yosemite and install audio/network/bootloader/restart my system,everything work ok,turn off my system/install the video card/turn on my system and i can see my video card on "about this mac" then i installed logic/motion/photoshop then i reboot my hackintosh but the wired keyboard and wired mouse freeze,then i reboot my hackintosh and still the same problem,i turn off my system again but this time i remove the video card and plug my monitor to the dvi of my mother board/turn on my system and everything is working again.

any idea how to make the Evga GEFORCE GTX 650 work on my hackintosh?thanks in advance

edit: maybe i need to disable onboard video card?

You can try,
Set Graphics Card as your primary video adapter in BIOS.
Disable Internal Graphics in BIOS if possible.
Try booting with flags "nv_disable=1 GraphicsEnabler=No".

ok i followed Jithin.C.V advice but now i have this issue when i shutdown or restart my hack it looks like is loading but its freeze,i have to shutdown my hack like 3,4,5 times to be able to be in the desktop,any idea why this is happening?

If you are stuck in the booting process, then boot with flag "-v". So that you will get an idea on where it stuck/what is blocking your booting.
