i installed my Yosemite with Chimera bootloader and today i decided that i wanna try the clover bootloader since i have installed the bootloader sometimes my system boot up and sometimes not, if the system boots up i have no sound. usually i use dart=0 flag and then my system boots up with no issues. i really like the clover bootloader because when i choose the Yosemite disk the screen all black with white apple logo.
i have ALC887/888b Current v100302, sorry if my english is not that good :D

if anyone have a solution for this problem i will be grateful!

I used Toleda's CloverALC script over here, with some caveats: https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC

I have a motherboard with the 889 on it, and I wanted onboard to work so I could connect my headset that way. The script works, but I had to do some initial setup. Before it would work, I needed to add a bogus kext patch using the Clover Configurator, as without it the script couldn't add what it needed to my config.plist. Once the script has ran, I went back in and removed the bogus patch.

Make sure to also select the correct audio ID; I selected the wrong one initially, using ID 1 instead of ID 3.

Thanks for reporting the problem, The Terminal Output is very useful for fixing the problem; attach if available. Best place to report problems, No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA

I unfortunately don't have the terminal output anymore, however I can wipe the kext patches out of my current plist and try to recreate the problem. :)

i can't fix the problem, i downloaded the files in the link but i don't know what to do with them, in my Yosemite drive i have EFI folder.. should i move some files from your link to this folder ? i have no experience with Clover bootloader i don't know what to do...
