Hi guys, I try to install new Yosemite 10.10 with unibeast. Everything work fine but after installation i setup multibeast with chimera and basic boot option then i got this error when reboot. I try to boot with -x, -f and using flag npci=0x2000 or 0x3000 but got same result.

You have to install the AppleACPIPlatform.kext from 10.9.5. There's a rollback option under System in Multicast. My system was getting stuck there as well and when I installed the older version, my system was able to boot just fine.

thanks, can i try with few options ?

thanks, it work fine. you save my time. Thanks.

do you have GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 motherboard, please let me know, i am using same motherboard with i3 2105 processor, sandy bridge processor. please tell me the multibeast settings also let me know if your imessage and hands off work

Pheww.. Did an upgrade from Mavericks and was stuck with this problem on my Gigabyte P67A-UD-3P-B3. This helped and I can now boot normally!

I'm a bit confused -- how am I supposed to use Multibeast if I can't boot up to the desktop? Is there something I'm missing? Is there a way to get to the desktop that I don't know about?

EDIT : Nevermind. I just yanked the drive out of my tower, put it in a USB enclosure and used my laptop to install the fix onto the drive. Once I did that, all was well.

Have the same problem here . The rollback works fine but it crashes if I try to install the new nvidia drivers for GTX 970
P-State Error Stepper 18 at step 2

I have the same motherboard, H6850 and 2600k. I did install the "AppleACPIPlatform.kext from 10.9.5" but it still hangs the same way. What else could I try? Bootflags?

Im desperate..

EDIT:
You were right. Installing AppleACPIPlatform.kext from 10.9.5 from Multibeast WORKED! I must of misclicked something when I did it in the first place.

So what I think what I have learnt - "The [PCI configuration begin] hang" happens when you are booting from AWARD BIOS (I think) and you have NOT installed AppleACPIPlatform.kext from 10.9.5 from Multibeast. To do this I used another Mac I have, connected my OSX drive to the other Mac (via external driver USB device) and used Multibeast on another Mac to install this " AppleACPIPlatform.kext from 10.9.5" to the OSX drive with Yosemite.

Hope it helps someone.
