Have some big problems witch my hardware. So far I was using latest:
iBoot
iBoot Legacy

I use external USB-DVD (don't have internal IDE, SATA DVD-R), 4GB RAM and ATI HD6790.

Problems:
1) After iBoot is loaded from CD, I remove the disk and insert the one with the MacOSX (SL). The iBoot can't see any disk even after refresh (F5) so i had to put SL on USB-Stick so that iBoot was able to see it. I don't know what is the problem... maybe the USB-DVD?

2)Ok, so I can see and can run installer from USB-Stick. I was trying almost everything from this forum, and it alwas ends before starting Darwin kernel...

Code:
Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 -AnVAL v5.1.4 r709
Build date: 2011-01-21 21:31:07
4079MB memory
VESA v.3.0 16MB (AMD ATOMBIOS)
Loading Darwin 10.6
Loading kernel mach_kernel
LoadDrivers: /System/Library/Caches/com.apple/lext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext
ACPI: [[hd(1,2)/DSDT.aml] 18851 bytes.
Using PCI-Root-UID value: 0
Patched DMI Table
Found SMBIOS System Information Table 1
Customizing SystemID witch: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-1c6f65d98999
efi_inject_get_devprop_string NULL trying stringdata

FADT: Restart Fix Applied!
Patched ACPI version 1DSDT
Starting Darwin x86_64

After this it reboots automaticly. Any ideas, what to do to force the installer to start?

Can you try booting with the kernel flags -x -v PCIRootUID=1 and see if that changes anything.

Make sure you followed the instructions on making a bootable USB installer, just dragging the files over won't work.

Tried everything including all kinds of BIOS setup. It always reboots PC before starting Darwin.

You must use it on an internal SATA DVD Drive

Thanks for this informations, this is the only thing I haven't tried. Will try and let you know.
