Not sure if anyone has come across this yet...
At first I did an upgrade from 10.6.8 to 10.7 and was having some weird issues with the mouse and keyboard at startup. I could mouse the mouse but I couldn't click or type anything for the first two minutes after startup.
I thought something might be botched so I formatted and reinstalled clean and I still have the issue. I have no clue where to begin.
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

same here on my first try yesterday evening, now I'm on my second try. I hope it'll work :S

Good luck! Let me know if you figure out something that works.

Alright I'm up and running with no problems.

- only 4 GB of RAM during the whole installation process (first try I had 8 GB installed)
- all PCI slots expect one (GPU) disabled, (normally I have 2 GPUs in CrossFire)
- Mouse and Keyboard only USB device connected to computer.

- Fresh install of Snow Leopard, update to 10.6.8
- Installed all the updates via Apples "Software Update"

- Followed tonys guide for installing OS X Lion

- Reinstalled additional RAM and GPU.
