new to bootcamp and got a problem

so i started the boot camp and this is what i got..

what do i do? when it says update to new firmware, i downloaded

but its a .exe file how can i open that to update my firmware?..

I do not think you can use Boot Camp if you are not using a real Mac.

If you want to install Windows 7 on your hard disk and dual boot with Mac OSX, check this:

I would, however, suggest that it is better to use a second hard disk to install Windows 7.
