swapping keys (keyboard)

After 6 years on Windows (was 12 years before that on the MAC) Am so used to Ctrl C and Ctrl V. So how do I swap the Windows Key with Ctrl Key on Mac OSX

In other words, I do not want to use Windows Key + C or Windows Key + V for copy and paste when booting into OSX.

You can remap what Apple think is the Command key to anything you want. I use a Logitech USB keyboard that works on PC and Mac. The problem is that when running SL and not running the Logitech software, Mac OS thinks that the key label Command is the Option key. So I swap them and now the keys work in Mac OS as labeled.
