iBoot 3.1.1 issue when booting from Dell Latitude E6510

I have a Dell Latitude E6510 I'm trying to install MAC OS X 10.6.4 on, I have downloaded iBoot 3.1.1 burned the iso to a cd, but when I insert the cd and try to boot from it, it says

No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine.

I downloaded the iBoot from this forum, but it's not working for some reason and I set my CD/DVD-ROM Drive to boot first in the BIOS Setup.

any ideas?

Tried burning the iBoot as an image, and a data cd but neither one works.
