Hey all. I need help installing Snow Leopard on my build. I have a ASRock P55M motherboard, Core i5-750, 1TB HD, and an Nvidia GT 240 512MB video card. I've matched as much as I can in the BIOS settings with the instructions on the site (can't find the option to make HPET to 64-bit mode). I'm using the latest iBoot CD and I have the retail Snow Leopard DVD.
I can't get past the gray Apple logo screen, even in Safe Mode. Sometimes, I would get a striped screen with a frozen machine or a black screen with a frozen machine. I've seen another user with a GT 240 in his/her build, so I don't think this card being unsupported is the problem.
Any ideas? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
