Midrange video card for Premiere CC 2014

Can't seem to find too much info on this. The GTX 770 and 780 are a little rich for my blood. Was hoping to spend maybe 30-40% less than the 770 on a card. I've currently got one Dell Ultrasharp U2414H monitor and not hugely effects heavy, but do use Pr and Ae at the same time.
Anyone having success with a card they would like to share with me?

So, due to the availability of the recommended graphics cards here in New Zealand, I have settled on the:
GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD GEFORCE GTX760 OVERCLOCKED 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E3.0
As this seems to be the cheapest card that's close to my budget, but then am I going to be able to enable CUDA for this card?
