I went with an Awesome Green theme, although the blue LEDs from the graphics card don't really fit the theme.

C70 was a breeze to install in. The handles are nice for transport.

When in windows this Graphics card Overclocks insanely.

The H100i isn't quite giving the performance I expected from it.. Might try my noctua fans in it soon to see if that makes a difference.

Using an External Audio box, for audio production etc.

Love these monitors.

The NZXT Rf- Fz120 Fans Are awesomely quiet and provide great airflow.
The Silverstone fans are great Radiator Fans and are also super quiet.
The Noctua fans I can't turn up all the way cause they are definitely louder than the two above but they are still way quieter than stock fans.
The 140mm Spectre pro is really loud at full Rpm, but it gives great airflow.
If your looking at getting a manual/PWM Fan controller This one is Great.

Took me a bit to get up and running because I'm a noob at hackintosh.
Dual win 8 booting off one SSD was really hard… NONE of the guides/Videos I looked at helped with my Situation..

also, This board is E-ATX and it fits fine in the C70

Thanks for Looking and tell me what you think.

That's amazing well done :D always wanted the Gigabyte Sniper motherboard, I assume you used a DSDT-free installation? Also what about USB 3.0?

Bet you sunk a lot of money into this build, totally worth it, thanks for sharing! :D

Also what's the Geekbench score? :)

Well done. Love the build. You should find out if there is a way to paint those blue video card LEDs. Awesome case!! Consistent theme throughout.

Did you encounter problems booting? If so, how did you overcome? I tried this on the mATX version of this board with a 3570K a couple months ago and had no luck and was unable to find any support. I am hoping you may have some answers.

Dude, I want to find like a yellow film to put over the blue LEDs but I always forget to go find some lol, I don't think paint will work.

I had a crap ton of problems booting at first but I eventually just got sick of windows and pulled an all nighter to get it working.
Getting a Dual boot was the hardest thing...
Haven't really tested the USB 3 yet will do now.... Getting full read write speeds on a 7200Rpm drive through all rear sets of USB 3

Geekbench (32bit) score:[email protected] [email protected]

Won't let me update to 10.8.3 but I will try harder at a later date.

I reccommend everyone buy Carbon copy cloner... LIVE SAVER

Also I changed the fan set up on the inside.. I will post pictures when I have it finalized

Thanks guys

Gang,

See MacMan's article on the OS X 10.8.3 and NVIDIA 6xx OpenCL Benchmarks issues.

Awesome build, thanks for sharing all these details.
Few questions, please:
1/ What about Sniper 3 bluetooth and wireless? Did you try the module included in the box?
2/ Did you checked the Apple Magic Mouse and the Wireless Keyboard?
Best regards,
Mario

1. I have not Tried The module but I'm pretty sure It won't work.
2. I have a bluetooth module and The magic mouse works with that.

I Haven't made any more attempts to update yet because It really isn't necessary for me.. but I will soonish. I will let you know how it goes When I do.

Here are some updated pictures after I Reorganized it.. I forgot a Front angle but This will give you the gist. My rig runs a little cooler now... Especially because some of my fans were blowing the wrong way :-o

Onboard audio WORKS!!! :) I used the Voodoo HDA 2.7.3 The only problem is there is no software volume control. So you will have to control the volume with your speakers. Another bug is that in the settings app the front port is listed as the back and vice versa. Now I just gotta buy a wifi card. I will edit my original post to show changes in my multibeast config.

Zolantroll!

I have a similar setup to you and I am trying to build a Hackintosh as well! I see you got it up and running with this motherboard! I have tried and tried to get this thing running with Mountain Lion and GTX 580 properly but I simply can't. Would you mind walking me through how you managed to get your build booting properly into OS X mountain lion and what settings you used. I'm so stumped. I'm only able to boot using -x boot flag and that's ONLY if i have my monitor booting off of the integrated graphics. No other combination of boot flags work :(

please help if you can! I'm desperate! :(
