2) Your system language is English

Downloading now, it has a new name "OS X Mavericks". Is this ok?

Do a search on your computer for Install OS X Mavericks.

There should only be one instance of it - and it should be in Applications.

If you see my previous post in this forum you will see I had this failure because although I only had one instance I had moved it to another location. :bang head: and was unaware of the way App Store worked.
