Placement of connector -left side (Thanks timohour)

If posted pictures on laptopscreen are accurate
4530 has:
Size - 15.6
Backlight type - LED
Connector -40pin right side

so, 1600x900 upgrade is still possible.
1080p not so unless we find panel with righ side connector.
Any recommendations?

So all we need to upgrade screen is a laptop display with 15.6 inch and a 40 pin connector on the right?

According to all of the ebay sellers who sell screens for the 4530s, the screen that we have is an left bottom screen.

Also I would recommend an LP156WF1(TL)(F3) instead of an B156HW01 cause most people say it is better in colours.

Great! Is it easy to get the screen off? How many screws needed? Anything that needs care? What is the part No of the installed screen? Since you are the first opening this screen you can write a post how you did this and what somebody needs to take care off for minimal hardware damage.
Thanks in advance.

2 at the bottom hiding behind plastic covers to remove bezel
2 at the top securing hinges
4 at each side holding panel itself

This video pretty much covers it.

Ok screen costs right now 60$ on ebay (prior shipping) so it would be an upgrade of about 60-80$, depending on the screen you get. If HP doesn't s***w as with wrong info and there is no reason to upgrade the cable, then the upgrade worths.
Thanks for the info.

Ordered the 1600x900 for my 4430s (matte)

Exciting. I'll take some photos of the process as I replace it.
