Hi,
I created a bootable USB stick for Mavericks, using the steps described here (http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/u...ricks-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.112389/), yet when restarting the laptop and selecting my USB stick as the boot device, the laptop starts up with the usual operating system (Ubuntu in this case).
The USB stick is listed as a boot device and I've tried all the USB ports on the laptop.
I used Unibeast 5.2.0 and Multibeast Mavericks Edition 6.5.1.
This is for a Lenovo T61P using nVidia graphics.
Any thoughts?
As I understand it (!), the T61p is a good hardware choice for OSX and with Mavericks, the standard package should work by default.
Thanks!
