HP ProBook 4530S Admin BIOS... Please HELP!!!

I got a HP ProBook 4530s. Well i am having a problem. Whenever i go to BIOS, there are two options to select. Either to enter ADMIN BIOS or the other User BIOS. I can get into User BIOS but cant get into ADMIN BIOS. It asks for a password. But i dont remember it. What can i do? Any software i can use to reset the Admin BIOS password? I really dont wana open up my laptop & do any hardware reset. But what are your opinions?

as far as i know U cant delete admin BIOS from a user BIOS

Please tell me what should i do to remove the ADMIN BIOS (i dont know the admin bios password).. Please tell me step-by-step what i should do.

He's right. Pressed ESC when the laptop turned on, Asked to Logon as User, Then "Reset BIOS To Factory Settings >".

However, if the drive is encrypted with: McAfee Endpoint Encryption, you must also enter this password as well.

The only way around that is a format.
