You are getting a kernel panic, first thing to do is use the boot flag -v which means verbose and will show system messages during boot so you can see info about the kenel panic. Post the info that's displayed.

Like I said, the last message I get is: Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport. After that I get the prohibited sign when booting in verbose mode. I get the following output on screen with the attached config file.

I have disabled all my USB 3.0 ports, but use a USB 3.0 stick in a USB 2.0 port. I also set the bios according to the following guide for my motherboard: http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/5...x99-e-ws-clover-efi-sm951.168396/#post1069374
I read that the Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport error could be due to a bad initialisation of my graphics card (GTX 980). I have an 8600GTS laying around which I could try. I hope someone can help me.

@Mulder- I don't have a x99 Asus board but you might try the attached EFI folder for your USB installer. It has worked well on several X99 boards.

Which smbios are you using?

I think I've almost given up on power management at this point. Hopefully there will be better support for Haswell-E in the future, but who knows. Might be best to just quit while I'm ahead and not brick my system over 4,000 benchmark points : ) Everything but usb 3 and power management is good in my book, I can cope. Thanks for all of your help everyone!!

@bolemo

thx for your work!

Now all my PCI devices are shown, and all ist working perfect. Only Powermanagement has only 2 states with 5930k.
12 and max.

I think it´s a problem with the PCIe lanes 5820k vs 5930k. I can´t load AppleIntelInfo.kext, it kills alway my system and causes a reboot. The 5930k is not the best choice.

How did you patch your system DSDT and the SSDTs? Manually or have you found some scripts?

I've managed to get a stable overclocked x99 Deluxe 5930k working, but I'm still not overly confident of updating in the future. Here's a link to my previous progress:

http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/l...see-any-potential-problems-with-these.188019/

Attached is my latest EFI

Please have a look, and all feedback is welcome.

If you update your system with the Nvidia inject string, your system can crash or restart with a kernel panic!
I used the same config, and after 10.11.5 beta update, my system crashed with kernel panic on reboot.

You have to disable this inject, then boot with nv_disble=1 after the updating MacOS.

But the config and kext from bolemo work also. Clone your drive and install clover, then go for testing.

Are you using VoodooTSCSync.kext?
