Crash Reporter Details:

"Model: MacPro3,1, BootROM MultiBeast.tonymacx86.com, 4 processors, Intel Core i7, 3.82 GHz, 12 GB, SMC 1.25f4"

Not good... how can I change that... fake an existing BootROM Version string?

N.C.

Change it to something like: MP51.007F.B03 (see more: http://support . apple . com/kb/HT1237 )

Also change the Serial to something else (for instance google for G8031788GWR)
Bye.

More info (thx to lnx2mac) http://prasys.info/2009/11/understandin ... al-number/ and http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lo ... ormat.html

Testing: http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html

mine is: G88wwsssXYL where G8 is US, 8 is 2008 ww must be the week of the year number between 01 and 52 and sss must be a number between 0 and 999 (production unit counter, probably per week, no idea). and XYL marks that its a Mac Pro 3,1 (2nd generation Mac Pro, 1,1 was first, 4,1 is 3rd, 5,1 is forth)

In Extra/Extensions/smbios.plist you can change these things.

But Karacho's advice is real good too. Don't submit it. After all, what do you expect Apple to do about it? ;)

There has been a misunderstanding about what I said. This question "After all, what do you expect Apple to do about it?" means, that Apple expects crash reports so they can fix the problem if it recurs often enough. So, do you expect Apple to fix a problem on a Hackintosh? Of course not. Therefore , don't submit a crash report.
