Some users report the BT will work. However, I chose not to use either. You can replace the Wifi/BT card with an Atheros Wifi/BT miniPCIe which has compatible Wifi and BT. Search the User & Golden Builds forum sections for the posts that talk to this subject. For instance, see

I have an asus z77 sabertooth board thats not on your dsdt list and although it has realtech audio niether of the current multibeast audio drivers work. is there a soundcard that is 10.8.3 supported?
