For these Apps you would be best placed using an i7 or perhaps even an i5 processor (for more occasional use). 16GB RAM would be a sensible starting point.
Something like this would be ideal with a GTX 970 GPU.

You could reduce costs by going for the basic CustoMac Budget ATX spec

You will not manage everything within this price bracket, but you can make a reasonable start. I would get the best processor and motherboard that you can afford now. Prioritize 16GB of RAM over 8GB and you can add a GPU later as funds allow. A second hand GTX660 would be better than a new 50 dollar GPU on a performance basis. Nvidia/Geforce graphics will suit most of these apps better than AMD. Other older/cheap GPU options can be found using the older buyers guid lists:

Due to budget constraints, I recommend that you consider a simple basic and inexpensive H81 board for your build. You will be limited to two RAM slots MATX board size and lower overall specification, but these boards do often work extremely well for OS X.

Wifi cards are listed in all the buyers guides there is also other options available in the networking section of the forum.

This should get you started on what components that will suit you and should give you a good grounding in how to get the best hardware for your needs depending on which part of the world that you are doing your build.

Thanks for your kind complement!
and i rather dunno the company and part!
so if anyone with regards able to assmeble me a price listed product with in the price quotes!
it will be more helpful to me,as i buy all things in the list given.

I’m on my way for my first Hackintosh… A bit scared..Cause I have never mounted any PC before and a serious lack of knowledge in hardware.

The Haswell - How low can you go build is the closest to your budget. You should be able to add an i5 processor from the main buyers guide. Prices can vary from one retailer to another. Add in different tax systems and countries around the world and things get more complicated.

I suggest that you start by using the How low can you go thread and see how that costs out for you with a little online research into your local prices.

yeah thanks.
but if i could have a harware listing regarding my needs,so that only i could have search in my locality.

What version of OS X are you planning to install and do you have access to a machine running OS X that will allow you to download El Capitan? If not then you that will dictate the hardware that you start with.

yeah but im having a lack of knowledge in hardware and also about hackintosh software!
so i kindly request to have an harware listing and the software(os x) regarding my requirements!
so if you send me the exact details and i rather move on your quidence for building my machine!
for my requirements which os x are you recommending?

You might be better to consider a Windows box, rather than consider building a machine that you do not feel confident about.

Have a look at this thread - the person asking for advice wants to run similar applications, but start with a small budget build and improve it over time.

Does this thread make sense to you? Would choosing similar hardware sound like the correct way for you to go?

I recommend using El Capitan, but if you do not have access to a machine that already runs a modern version of OS X, then you will certainly need to use haswell rather than skylake hardware - hence why I asked the question in the first place. You will also require a desktop optical drive and Snow Leopard as your starting point.

yeah i can able to understand you but i cant able to have an clear vision over hardware!
and i recommend the hardware listing! and it is good with el captian or snow leopard?
and why i need an desktop optical drive?
and if you tell me the exact details in briefly it would very helpful for me!
and also tell me the difference between haswell and skylake?
and also why snow leopard as the starting point?
