I'm going to do a hackintosh soon. But my motherboard is not listed in the downloads, pretty sure I have to make my own but I'm new to this sort of thing so I'm not really sure how it seems confusing. What if I don't install a DSDT on this motherboard? Can someone give me a simple explanation on how to make my own the computer right now is running windows 7.

its a guide for the LK model, but the LK and LX are practically identical. obviously for specific things eg. the bios, make sure to get the one specifically for your board.

use the unibeast guide to install osx http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

you wont need a dsdt, but for fine tuning, you can make a dsdt following http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/98375-asus-dsdt-patch-repository-maciasl.html
