Highaltitude, your virgin DSDT is attached. Let's see if you can boot with that using a fresh install + Multibeast USER DSDT only.

but this mobo and I just met! :D

LOL!!!! okay I will try after OSX finishes installing.....until then what steps do you recommend taking? DO the virgin install, reboot, flash then go into OSX and try the virgin DSDT?

Thank god I still have this macbook pro......until Monday then it gets sold.
 
doesnt explain what a virgin dsdt is.

if the 'virgin dsdt' is simply the extracted dsdt from the motherboard, then its pointless as its exactly the same as booting without a modified dsdt.aml (you are using the mobo's dsdt).

either way, using whatever dsdt, as long as you flash the modded bios, you will be able to boot off the hdd as the system wont kernel panic on appleintelcpu..
 
Okay I just reflashed my BIOS and am booting off the SSD now to do the DSDT thingy....will use the updated dsdt from the first post.

Crossing fingers.......
