10.8.2 White screen boot even in safe mode

MB: GigaByte GA-Z68XP-UD3
Graphic: Gigabyte 6870
RAM: 8GB
CPU: Intel i3 (purchased at MicroCenter for $99) System runs just as fast as another i5 CPU desktop.

Problem: Getting white screen running UniBeast for Mountain Lion.

Solution: Disconnected PCI power to graphic card.
Connected monitor to motherboard's HDMI builtin graphic port.
Used -x option when running UniBeast for Mountain Lion.

Other Issues: On board network card often does not work upon first power up. Had to cycle power the 2nd or 3rd time.
Ordered the Apple USB-to-Ethernet adapter for $25. I figure it is a quick solution.

How do you "You need to delete OemSMBIOS kext. Look for it in S/L/E." What is S/L/E?
