Hey Guys:D,

Dont know if i created the thread in the right forum :/,

I'm owning a Toshiba Satellite L670. It has an Intel Core i5 M-480 CPU and a ATI Radeon Mobility 5650 videocard. Because I heard from hackintoshs, I bought a OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 Retail DVD and tryed to install it on a SSD which is in my Laptop. To boot the DVD i used the iBoot Legacy 2.7.2 Bootloader.
After the installation has finished I wanted to update to 10.6.8. So Ive downloaded the Combo Image from Apple and Multibeast 3.10.1 for Snow Leopard. Before I installed the Combo update i ONLY started the Multibeast Tool, after also the combo update finished I installed EasyBeast and SystemUtilities from Multibeast.
After that I let my laptop reboot but it didnt boot from ssd where i just installed the 10.6.8 Update. So I tryed to boot into Snow Leopard using the iBoot Legacy 2.7.2 bootloader. But now it freezes on the apple logo screen. Then I tryed to boot with the boot flag "-v" to find the error. I got a post screen which stops at "PCI Configuration begin". I also tryed the boot flags "npci=0x3000/0x2000" or "GraphicEnabler=No".

So you know why Im doing this, my plan is to update from 10.6 to 10.6.8 so I can run Unibeast and create an bootable Yosemite usb stick. Then I wanna install it on my laptop to use xCode 7 beta :)

I hope u could help me, and sorry for my bad english, I'm german :)

iBoot cannot boot 10.6.8. You need to be ready to boot from HDD using updated Chimera (from Multibeast) by the time you have 10.6.8 installed.

Thanks for the fast answer, so I have to install the chimera bootloader from Multibeast while I have Snow Leopard 10.6 installed?
and if that Works I must Update too 10.6.8?

Sorry for double Post, but now i get an error while Booting in verbose Mode, it Stops at "Invalid Kernel ip" ive just installed easyBeast and SystemUtilities and now i got These silly failure, but if i Boot without boot Flags, it boots up correctly
what i did wrong?

Don't use the boot flags causing the problem.

Ok, but why osx 10.6 isnt booting up itself? If im trying to boot it, there Is an error which means "boot failed." I have installed easybeast and systemutilities with multibeast 3.10.1 but i only can boot into osx using iBoot Legacy 2.7.2

10.6 needs iBoot.

After you update to 10.6.8, use Chimera.
