Build Signature Is Blank

Hey there - Went in to update my build sig in preparation for a new build log I'm planning to post and I ran into an issue. The screen does not seem to be rendering properly. I am not seeing the drop down or any editor options. Am I overlooking something??

Well, I came back after a while to try again and found a little quirk. If I hit save without attempting anything else, the build choices suddenly appeared.
