This should be an easy system to Hack, I would use OpenCore 5.9 if it was mine. HP BIOS can have limited settings so that would probably be the most challenging aspect.

That is how I used to do it, install Mac OS from a real Mac mini, once the install was completed and it rebooted, I would shut it down and install clover and use it in my Hackintosh.

This is how I did it, you will need to get the correct values for your GPU, this are for the 4th Gen Intel iGPU

look up the framebuffer for your video card and set it in clover

keep in mind that is some old hardware you have and Catalina may not be the best version, you may need to try High Sierra
