Can you tell more in detail about the issue?
The patch above fix my random system freezing and error of the notification pops up saying one of my harddrive is uninitialized.
It fix the bug of the new AppleAHCIPort.kext which do not support older AHCI controller problem.
Update:
The patch suggested by eradicator006 solved my problem that
When system booting up, the notification pops up saying one of my harddrive is uninitialized.
THe drive now showing up correctly and I am now not facing any crash yet after applying the patch.

Thank you very much for your tips. The board I am having problem with is Gigabyte H67MA-USB3 B3. I don't know whether it is using ICH10 or not.

I have the same problem. It freeze more frequently when I copy large amount of files from one drive to another.
It did not happen in Sierra. It just happen after I update my system to High Sierra.
Installed MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 Today.

The Appstore update will start after the first reboot but we freeze there.
If we download the updater instead of the App Store update, it should be installing the update before restart. That's why I think it may work.

I may try the following to solve the freezing issue:
- Using the Combo Updater instead of App Store update.
- Remove the GenericUSB kext and retry updating.
- Clean Install, update to 10.10.1 before applying the Multibeast.
As this build is my wife's computer for freelance design...
The system do not boot after updated to 10.10.1 by built in App Store Software update.
I have now restore my backup back to 10.10.
Still finding the solution for it.
I am trying to install Yosemite on it today.
Everything run smoothly until I install Multibeast on it. It won't boot again.

UPDATE:
Success Installation with ACPIPlatform Rollback.
Without the rollback option in multibeast, it won't boot.
10.9.2 Update
1. Run Disk Utility, Repair Permission.
2. Run Software Update and reboot.
3. Repair permission again.
4. Install Mutilbeast ALC892 with DSDT using Multibeast 6.1
