If the seller will let you visually inspect the case before you buy and you can snag it for less than $100 with the PSU I would say go for it. It also wouldn't hurt to ask the seller if he still has the parts that he removed before he did his build, as he may have the parts you need to finish up...

If you are unable to get the audio working on your NUC you might want to consider adding one of those OSX compatible USB Audio dongles into your build, I used one of those with my old Core 2 Duo Hackintosh as every time they did a new update for snow leopard it would always break my system...
