Well, sleep isn't working but that has more to do with my motherboard
than my OD. Probably will install it but if it does give troubles I'l leave it out.
Never use anyway :p
Just hope someone is going to do a build with the
motherboard soon. Better to have a guide to fall back on.
First off all hi everyone!,
I was wondering if you could check my parts before I went and bought them.
This is what I'm planning on buying.
- 16GB 1600mhz Corsair Dominator DDR3
- Intel Core i5 3570k
- Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD4H (not sure about this one, specs seem to be compatible)...
Was hoping to maybe undervolt the cpu so it runs a little cooler just like I have now.
Does a 3570k for example stay on stock voltage when you overclock or is it somekind of dynamic voltage?
I've read people think the Prodigy case is ''wobbly'', what is your take on that BitterMelon?
Want to copy your build as much as possible and I really like the case but want to know from people from here
if it's really wobbly or just a little.
thanks in advance;)
How did you manage do overclock with the Z77N-Wifi board?
I've read something on overclock.com about the board not having vcore adjustments, is this true?
http://www.overclock.net/t/1316594/g...oltage-control
yeah maybe that's a good idea.
I know have a 9600gt which is native supported and working great in ML.
Maybe not a fast card and probably not alot better than a hd4000 but it will do till
the gtx660 or something around that pricepoint is supported.
thanks for the advice;)
Hi everyone!,
I want to build a pc using the Customac Mini 2012 guide for parts.
So Ga-z77n-wifi motherboard and i5-3570k etc.
My only problem is finding a good graphics card that isn't going to break the bank.
Looking at the guide I see the Nvidia 6xx series is recommend.
The max. I...
Hey everyone,
I have a problem with getting sleep/wake to work on my GA-P35-DS3L motherboard.
I've used this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WbIOawSY4f-67-I1qfzsuobxlWZ0xcA1fGDsTRzCrwM/edit?pli=1
and everything like audio, ethernet and graphics are working great. The problem is...
Could this be it?, I'm new to hackintosh with a fairly old system but it's running ML beautifully.
Ga-p35-ds3l with Q6600/9600GT and 4GB Corsair RAM. The only thing I noticed like people said here is my boot drive and every other drive
has location: external in disk utility. I do have a how...
So it's not really going to matter if I pick 2 or 4 sticks.
Guess maybe going for 4 sticks is the saver choice if I ever have to take out enough RAM to get 4GB
if I get trouble while installing?
don't see too much questions on the forums about this, maybe because it really doesn't matter:P
First of all, I'm fairly new here and I'm on the verge of buying components for my very first hackintosh.
Now I have a question. What do you guys think?
I want to buy Corsair Vengeance RAM 16GB (2x8Gb) or (4x4Gb).
What do you think? On PC I always read the less sticks the better because of...
Have the same laptop, been searching on these forums but no luck...
The only thing different is my graphics card, Radeon 5450. Have you had any luck with trying to install mac os on your laptop?
Okay, I just chose to use easybeast and everything pretty much worked except video and audio. With OSX86 tools I created a hex for my video so that's working now.
The thing is I can't find anything on why my audio isn't working. In multi beast I definitely checked alc888 and the non-dsdt next...
Interesting, going to try that tomorrow.
In the mean time I tried multibeast with a DSDT file for my board I found on the internet.
Now every time I try to use a DSDT with multibeast and I try to reboot I get this.

Anyone know what this...
Hi everyone,
first of all I'm new here. Just trying to find my way around the forums so if you got any suggestions on my post, let me have it :P
So before I post my problem this is my setup:
-Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
-XFX 9600GT 512MB
-Intel Core2Quad Q6600
-4GB DDR2 1066mhz RAM (Corsair...
Yeah I saw that one, the only difference I'm worried about is the onboard sound controller. But I found something for the ds3l one ;)
When I get my new 16Gig usb stick I'll try and get it running ;)
Sorry I can't help you, but just a quick question.
I have the same laptop, do you have the ATI 5450 in there and how is it working?
thanks in advance;)
Don't know if this is the right place for this thread, so excuse me if it's not.
I'm very interested in using my current Windows 7 PC as a hackintosh.
It's an old one, I have to admit that. Just wondering if it's still supported.
I can't find alot on the part, especially the motherboard...
First of all, Hi!
I'm new on this and trying to experiment with transforming my pc into a hackintosh.
my specs are listed in my profile. Do you guys think these parts are compatible?
I checked the wiki but it only listed p55 board and such.
Would be nice to check if someone has a similar setup...
